Don't think you get a new one. Just use last year's. (Doesn't have a season year on it)
Sure I read that somewhere but can't remember where.....
I renewed mine a few weeks back and haven't been sent a new one.....

Please remember that all Season Ticket Holders and Members are asked to retain their Brentford Card which their Season Ticket/Membership is loaded on. Only those that are new to Brentford FC or have changed the type of Season Ticket or Membership (i.e. changed from Adult to Senior, Junior to Young Person), have changed from being a Season Ticket Holder to Member (or vice versa), have a Season Ticket in B303, B304 or B305 or a change of card serial number for those in the Ealing Road Terrace will be issued with a new Brentford Card.

Yes done the same renewed my season ticket and presumed you will get a new card as was never told it was a card for life when issued with it all i got was a letter from dean smith on Friday telling me to keep last seasons card but this reminder came almost 3 months to late as i binned last years card in may.

It is 020 8847 2511, so you must have misdialled!

I did the same thinking a new one would be send until I read "please keep your old card", gave the club a ring a couple of weeks ago to explain what I had done, I was amongst many who has done the same thing, young man was very helpful on the phone and said they would send me a new one, hey presto the new one arrived on Saturday with the membership pack, simples!!!

I've emailed them, all were sent out last week and if they've not been received by Thursday they'll reissue them.
