Quick question.

My membership pack arrived this morning with the little wallet and badge.
I bought my son a membership as well as he’s under 18.
Will he get one too or will I end up with him nicking mine?

They were supposed to be sending out the first 10,000 at the same time.
I received mine today, but not one for my son (ordered at the same time).
Possibly 2+2=5, but reckon the delays are due to the childrens/Babee membership including different gifts. They should get their own pack though.

I received mine, and thought it was a waste of materials, all you need is your number, more expense should go into the kids pack. It will be interesting to see what is on the kids pack, the man utd one was quite impressive!

At Wolves it seemed the under 18 membership pack included a hat and scarf. That was pretty neat.

I'm sure "entrance" could be uploaded to Members cards a few seasons back.....

It lasted for one game I think. Then they realised they had no way of checking who should be where. Should be easy now as stewards can have a handheld scanner to be able to check and resolve any issues.

At Wolves it seemed the under 18 membership pack included a hat and scarf. That was pretty neat.

That was included in the man utd one too, it's that sort of thing that brings attachment to a club, great for getting new blood.

Yep got mine and the Father in laws today, nifty little card holder I thought. Not sure when they’ll be of use though as for the Brighton game we just scanned tickets and went through. Didn’t see any checks being made at all

Neither of those are on the list of benefits for International Membership. so if you do get them, send them back.

Really? So far I have always got the same welcome pack as anybody else who have bought the membership. I live in Finland but I bought the same membership as anybody else, so that "international" is somewhat misleading. Please, let me know where that information is found as I have never seen it.

By the way, BFC have never replied to any of my messages regarding this matter... three months and waiting. I know they are busy with more important things, obviously.

£40 for membership, and over 10 € for getting that welcome pack because I have to pay VAT and other expenses because the welcome pack is coming from UK. If BFC was a part of IOSS, I would get anything without any other cost, including any orders from the webshop. The value of the order (including p&p) define the costs, of course., so e.g. new shirt would cost me some £15 more.

It is not about the money but principle, and also that if I do not accept the costs and tell custom service to return the welcome pack, I will not receive the membership card. I would not need it this season but who knows what happens next season. The same goes for season ticket, imagine my delight if I pay £600 for a season ticket and must pay some £60 (VAT 10%) more to get it, hah.

Yeah you're correct, I recall cup games was always print at home or postal.

Has anyone received any of the younger Bees memberships yet? Also has anyone received any communication from the club about the draw for the pairs of tickets for home games for young Bees members? Not sure when I should be checking and how I will be informed about the draw for tickets. I have my nephew asking me all the time and sad to say but he is getting pretty fed up with my lame excuses.

No I wasn’t expecting much but why send anything? Save the cost because let’s be honest are many fans bothered about receiving what they got (don’t know if the juniors got more/better?).
