They were supposed to be sending out the first 10,000 at the same time.Quick question.
My membership pack arrived this morning with the little wallet and badge.
I bought my son a membership as well as he’s under 18.
Will he get one too or will I end up with him nicking mine?

At Wolves it seemed the under 18 membership pack included a hat and scarf. That was pretty neat.I received mine, and thought it was a waste of materials, all you need is your number, more expense should go into the kids pack. It will be interesting to see what is on the kids pack, the man utd one was quite impressive!
Yep, received my son's here today:
Membership card (which can't have tickets uploaded - a backward step...)
Bees/PL badge...
Letter from Thomas Frank.....
I'm sure "entrance" could be uploaded to Members cards a few seasons back.....Don’t think you were allowed to with the old cards even though you technically could

That was included in the man utd one too, it's that sort of thing that brings attachment to a club, great for getting new blood. At Wolves it seemed the under 18 membership pack included a hat and scarf. That was pretty neat.
So, I should pay some 10 € for little wallet and badge, and membership card, which can not be used.
Really? So far I have always got the same welcome pack as anybody else who have bought the membership. I live in Finland but I bought the same membership as anybody else, so that "international" is somewhat misleading. Please, let me know where that information is found as I have never seen it.Neither of those are on the list of benefits for International Membership. so if you do get them, send them back.

I thought membership was £40.....?Really? So far I have always got the same welcome pack as anybody else who have bought the membership. £40 for membership, and over 10 € for getting that welcome pack because I have to pay VAT and other expenses because the welcome pack is coming from UK. If BFC was a part of IOSS, I would get anything without any other cost, including any orders from the webshop. The value of the order (including p&p) define the costs, of course., so e.g. new shirt would cost me some £15 more.I thought membership was £40.....?
At least that's what I paid for my son's..........
Ah right, I see.£40 for membership, and over 10 € for getting that welcome pack because I have to pay VAT and other expenses because the welcome pack is coming from UK. It is not about the money but principle, and also that if I do not accept the costs and tell custom service to return the welcome pack, I will not receive the membership card. I would not need it this season but who knows what happens next season. The same goes for season ticket, imagine my delight if I pay £600 for a season ticket and must pay some £60 (VAT 10%) more to get it, hah.Ah right, I see.![]()
It lasted for one game I think. Then they realised they had no way of checking who should be where. Should be easy now as stewards can have a handheld scanner to be able to check and resolve any issues.
Ah, coincidentally International Membership costs £10 which I thought you must be referring toReally? So far I have always got the same welcome pack as anybody else who have bought the membership. I live in Finland but I bought the same membership as anybody else, so that "international" is somewhat misleading. Please, let me know where that information is found as I have never seen it.
By the way, BFC have never replied to any of my messages regarding this matter... three months and waiting. I know they are busy with more important things, obviously.
I think I am confusing it with season tickets and cup games, where we should have been able to use them in the same way but it fell at the first hurdle so had to print at homeNot sure for last two seasons at GP but beforehand I was a member for years and the game was just uploaded onto the membership card. I just gave the card to the same gentleman at the NR turnstyle every game I attended and never had any issues. Maybe the numbers attending are too high now though and if people picked the wrong seat it could cause issues if there is no easy way to check the seat they bought. If they had scanners in every block it could work but mobile tickets I guess are the way they're going which most clubs now are.
Actually, this is old news as this was for GP, not this season.Ah, coincidentally International Membership costs £10 which I thought you must be referring to

I thought the delays were meant to be until they had enough stock?Hey baby hobbsy didn't get a spoon, just the socks![]()
Attached the badge to my scarf......Arrived today here in Stockholm, however I hope Brentfords PL-adventure lasts longer than the pin. ?
Probably the Club branding it as a "Membership Pack" and referencing additional "gifts" didn't help......Not sure what people were exiting with these ?It’s a membership not a goody bag. Not having a go but if you want one of those, you’re better off spending your money at the club shop.
Fair point.Probably the Club branding it as a "Membership Pack" and referencing additional "gifts" didn't help......
No I wasn’t expecting much but why send anything? Save the cost because let’s be honest are many fans bothered about receiving what they got (don’t know if the juniors got more/better?).Not sure what people were exiting with these ?It’s a membership not a goody bag. Not having a go but if you want one of those, you’re better off spending your money at the club shop.
