Initially it was possible to think he was just chaos but everything now looks completely intended. Probably the most talented player we’ve ever had and he combines excitement with being very consistently reliable as a defender.
I think his song needs a bar rest before the Eats Spaghetti line though to stop it going quiet in the middle.

This is actually the most important thing - he's ridiculously difficult to beat defensively.Exciting going forward and gets everyone smiling. Defensively he is a monster. Just eases players of the ball. Makes it looks ridiculously easy

He must be a nightmare to play against. Opponents must have no idea what he is going to do next as I’m not sure he does either.

When Ramsey was making that run through midfield, and then Kayode just calmly, as if he's out walking the dog, steps in front of him, takes the ball, turns and then sprints away...
Consistently looks like he's making a poor decision and running into danger, but he just ghosts through the press and finds a teammate. Utter class. And it's not as if it's all physical, either, he simply knows exactly where to position himself to win the ball back without putting in any effort. And then he uses the saved energy to go on another insane run from RB to LW.

The closest bees player comparison I can make ( and this is a stretch) is Herman Hereidason. Used to run from centre back forward and give opposition midfielders the sh1ts. But this is something else.

Wow !! I’ve been watching football for more years than I care to remember but I’m not sure I’ve seen many players like Micheal Kayode.
What on earth were Fiorentina thinking in selling him for £12m ( or whatever it was , it’s basically peanuts) could they not see the player that we can all see ? Did they have some world class right back that meant he could be sold ? Who cares he’s ours now and what a player.
Basic quality of a defender is that they can defend and he’s absolutely class at that , so quick , times his tackles well and rarely loses a challenge.
It’s on the ball of course that we all love watching him, he glides past opponents just when you think he’s getting into trouble , he’s got the tricks and skills of a winger to get himself out of it , he can run for ever , so is able to pop up all over the pitch to cause problems.
Did I mention he’s quite good at long throws ?!! Oh and he’s only turned 21 in the summer , Wow just Wow don’t often eulogise like this but Kayode is a special talent and he’s our player to enjoy , he’s only going to get better!

He's a perfect Brentford player. Both Thomas and now Keith have talked before about liking a bit of chaos - all of these highly structured coaches don't understand that when you have a player who does the unexpected, it throws the opposition time and time again.
