Madrid would be the most likely to py the money but would they need him. Ronaldo and Raul isn't a forward line that needs upgrading.

He could go to Barca if they make the CL.

By all accounts Ronaldo would like to go back to Inter. Vieri doesn't want to stay at Inter if Ronnie comes back and would like to go to either Chelsea or Liverpool. Chelsea have enough strikers so it leaves Liverpool, who would need to sell to be able to buy, therefore Owen goes to Madrid. Just an idea.

Owen needs to move as Liverpool are going nowhere with their Houlier infatuation and insistence on buying crap foreign players, and they don't play in a style that gets the best out of him.

Not sure about that, he's still only in his mid 20's and seems to have got over his injury problems of a couple of years ago.

I can see him wanting to go back to Italy though.

I'd be very surprised if Raul left Madrid.

If one will leave I expect it will be Ronaldo.

It was reported that Chelski offered Madrid £70m for Raul in the summer. If thats true, money talks. I don't think even Real Madrid could turn down that kind of money for anyone ( if its true that is ! )

Inter's new boss Zaccheroni doesn't want Ronaldo back, neither do the lads on the curva nord. They want to string him up in Pizzale Loreto next time 'Il Fenomeno' steps foot in Milan.

Vieri is on his way out of Inter, but to make way for Stankovic of Lazio.

As far as Michael Owen goes, I think he would do well in Italy both on and off the field, but I supsect he would opt for an easier life in Spain.

I hope your right W E B. I would hate to see one of my favorite players go to Chelsea. But I thought Real were up to the eyes in debt ?. Maybe Heston Bee could clarify ?

They sold their training ground to the council for £700m or something, which helped the debt.
