............a good win for Middx.............left it very late.............at Uxbridge on Sunday playing Kent.............

[Bee H]

...........at Uxbridge on Sunday playing Kent.............

The Met Office says otherwise at the mo !

[FarnhamBee]

First time at a t20, exciting towards the end but not quite 'cricket' - with Mexican waves & weird fanfares greeted with cheers...

[Ken Richardson]

Now that makes up for the loss against Essex.

[GP200]

The Met Office says otherwise at the mo !

...........hopefully will be on...........

[GP200]

............very lucky with the weather this afternoon but not the result..............a slow out field kept the scores low............but still some decent boundaries and good company............

[Salford Bee]

Anyone going to the Championship match v Notts?

[GP200]

............oh dear...........Middx 98 all out from 97-5!!!!!!!!!............only two made double figures............

[GP200]

................Notts 38-1 at tea............

[GP200]

..............101-3...............

[Nada Bee]

Oh dear. Poor 20*20 form catching.

[GP200]

..............Notts finish on 114-4.............

[Salford Bee]

............oh dear...........Middx 98 all out from 97-5!!!!!!!!!............only two made double figures............

Without Strauss/Berg, Middlesex could have been all out for less than 20. Strauss got a ball with his name on it. Adams admitted it was in his top three for his career! Some poor shot selection but some good bowling from Notts.

[Ken Richardson]

Oh dear the sex are in trouble

[GP200]

...............the rain may save them...............Notts all out for 329................

[GP200]

...another 50 for Strauss as Middx reach lunch at 107-1...clouds and sun so far but a heavy outfield...

[GP200]

...an off drive brings up 50 for Rogers...153-1...

[GP200]

...lofted on drive for 4 gives Strauss his century...

[GP200]

...239-2 at tea,Strauss unbeaten on 127...

[GP200]

.................a decent fightback from Middx and silky shots from Strauss...............

[GP200]

..............not looking good for early morning play...............heavy rain at present...........

[GEOFFBEE]

..............not looking good for early morning play...............heavy rain at present...........

Yep.
Abandoned in the end.
But an honourable draw ultimately, I feel, after that awful start.
Some good plus points, too.
Straussy back in great nick.
Notts did not get many more points than us and...
We are still within reach of them at the top of Division One!

[GP200]

............even more rain.............Pro 40 game tomorrow could be in doubt............

[TW3Bee]

Good come back from Middx, from 98 all out, although the weather helped

Good to see Strauss back in form, just in time for the Test Series.

[GP200]

............even more rain.............Pro 40 game tomorrow could be in doubt............

............clearish skies and suns out so hopefully the game is on............

[GP200]

[GP200]

.............Lancs 0-1.............Chasing 98.........

[GP200]

.............Lancs win by 7 wickets............

[Nada Bee]

We should of taken more wickets but missed our chances.

John Simpson is not a great wicket keeper.

[GP200]

.............have put Essex into bat............

[Nada Bee]

Tonight is a MUST WIN game.

Luckily Eion Morgan actually bothered to turn up to this one!!

[GP200]
