I'll be going with the rest of the Ealing Road boys. Sounds like lots of Bees are pubbing this one. I think we'll take about 800 out of a total of about 9,500. Please don't ask me what I think the result'll be.

Millwall attendance ???

Going to a stag do in Amsterdam- I think I'll be derided if I try to suggest finding a bar with the game on though!

I'll be disappointed if we don't take at least 600, considering it was nearly 2000 last year.

I'll be there too Gibbo. If we score at that the end opposite our fans how about coming over to the Exec boxes for a bit of "ear waggling".

I'm sure those nice Millwall fans wont mind!

I rarely miss the opportunity to sample the delights of a trip to Millwall although I can never work out how best to get there. Driving is out of the question and it's a trek from New Cross or South Bermondsey stations. Is the Jubilee line station at Bermondsey worth a try? My son will be there as well and my nephew is coming up from Wiltshire for this one although I will have to persuade him not to wear his BFC shirt.

Millwall attendance ???

i'm not lazy, but i ain't got 2 pennies to rub together, so i ain't spending £70-odd (incl travel) for a game i can watch down the pub (and other GPGers, this is only cos i live in sheffield, 350-mile round trip, so if u live in feltham, or luton, or wherever, you better frigging go or i'll kick your frigging ass in!!)

Taz, there a fab English Bar b/w 86 and 96 St 3rd Ave that shows all the live sky matches. It will cost u about $15 to get in.

Nah, it's bloody miles off. South Bermondsey on the London Bridge rail line is 5 mins. from the stadium, but probably a liability after the match, from wht I heard last time. I walked from Surrey Quays on the East Laandon Line last time, and you should be able to find some directions here

Millwall attendance ???

Thanks very much Saffrey, I think we'll give Surrey Quays a go then. I made the mistake of going to South Bermondsey last time the game was played on a Friday a few seasons back and was in a carriage with a crowd scene of Millwall nutters who were planning to ambush Bees fans at London Bridge. One of them asked my son if he had seen "the Brentford" and he told them, in his best sarf lunnun accent, that he had been looking out for them as well. "No-one likes us" Too bloody right we dont.

Millwall attendance ???

I reckon South Bermondsey is alright for getting to the game. It's getting away that poses the problem IMHO. Last time we were stuck on the platform with about a thousand Millwall fans. Now maybe they were not the infamous minority, but it didn't feel too great with not a friendly copper in sight.

So, what I want is not tips on how to get there, but how to get away!!

Millwall attendance ???

I'm coming back from Uni in Southampton to go, and as Gibbo said the lads need our support. Watch it in the pub my arse.
Ed- all u need to do is pretend u can't read or write and u will fit right in.

Millwall attendance ???

Anyone know of any pubs in West Drayton area that might show the match otherwise its Stripes (do you have to pay to get in) and drive with no drink:

LEAVE EARLY !

If South Bermondsey is the station when you come out of the away end and turn left (???) then it ain't too bad if you get the first train b4 the locals arrive !!!

Mind you it ain't as bad as the 'old' Den for getting home ! Any of ya remember that alleyway with the ground and barbed wire one side and a large ditch/barbed wire the other side - nice !
