Could anyone spend some time and provide a list of penalties taken in last five seasons and say who took it and was it scored.
Shoot outs dont count.

My inital thought is there will be several missed !!!

Yeah it was certainly at their gaff. I was 8 years old, and remember him blasting it over the bar and the ball got lost in the trees I think. No idea what happened the rest of the game. Funny what you remember as child!

Watkins v QPR when the keeper cleaned him out and got concussed - the keeper was seeing at least 3 balls when Ollie took the pen, but unfortunately dived at the correct one.

But QPR still lost the match
