Combined a visit to Liverpool with a couple of live sessions at the Arena including watching the Roses at each session. Like a lot of sports its better live than on telly. More physical than I thought as well. Still not sure of all the rules as they are forever blowing the whistle but it’s all entertaining enough.

For £20 you get three one hour games so good value.

England look very good, very athletic, sharp and motivated by great support. All to play for against the Kiwi’s in the semi final

Truth be told the little amount of the netball ive seen has been far more entertaining than the womans football was. Much livlier than i thought it would be and fast paced. Not really any high skill moments, more tactical and pure athleticism. Not bad

Win the final against their arch enemy by just 1 point and win the WC for first time in (?) 16 years
