Although everyone deserves a fair crack I really have my doubts that he is going to make it. He shows flashes of ability and has the height and strength to make him a force but there is definitely something missing.

If he can develope he could be a good player, but I fear he won't.

Possibly, but at times he does seem to pop up in areas of the pitch you wouldn't expect. Defending at one end and getting into the box at the other.

lets face it would have been better to sign one of Hunt or Rowlands instead of both Hutch and Fullofcrap.

Hopefully we'll sign Hunty or Rowly but can't see Rowly either being offered a contract

Tabb and Evans must be first choice for centre mid, with Smith surely ahead of Hutch

I hope next season isn't going to be ruined by too much "sentimentality" from the Manager.

We've already had Williams given nearly a full game as a leaving present preventing the player we all wanted to see (Tabb) from starting on Saturday.

Now it seems we are happy to stick another year on the contract of a player who frankly has done bugger all last season despite there being hundreds of others waiting tobe snapped up on free transfers.

So far we have Julian, Jay Smith, Hutch and Somner all re-signed up for next season. I wonder if we are going to try for anyone that can keep us in this division, or is it just going to be a "perm any 11 from 20 average players" situation.

Like was mentioned above, I would trade £1000 a week for Hunt and Rowly for four of these on £500.

Quality not quantity please Wal.

Keep him, give him another go. At the end of the day, due to suspensions and injuries, we need more than 11 players in the squad. I think he can do a job. Maybe improve as a player too.

I think the previous statement on teh club site said they'd been offered new contracts and I guess we assumed they would just sign..........obviously not!

We can assume from this that Wally wants to keep Marshall and Fullarton.

but every player at this level has "something missing". That's why they play for us instead of Real Madrid....

FWIW, I think he's inconsistant due to his age, so he is well worth another year to see whether he can iron that out or not.
