Simple really, you do what Noades has done up to now and borrow the cash against the current ground.
Once the 'Feltham/Noades Dome' is completed you flog GP and pay off the debt.

I can't see the difference between this and selling off GP, sticking the dosh in a trust and then building the new ground - it's not going to cost any less that way - or is it?

Coppell is a great move for the club but all those who think that Ron is now a Brentford hero because of it should TREAD VERY CAREFULLY!

It matters because RN was allegedley telling us the truth as he knew it. If you were there on Thursday night you may recall that RN's first volley was directed at Jim Levack of the Chronicle, who RN says was printing lies, half truths and generally fabricating stories.

If RN doesn't want to make information public all well and good (isn't that his normal way?) But when he fronts the supporters and tells porkies then what can you trust of anything else he says?

As an optomist(?) I'll value GP with planning Consent at say £6m.

New ground (8-10k capacity) including land say £15-£20m (if i get a chance I'll try and get costs of other recently constructed grounds that may be similar - Walsall, Northampton,Reading(?)).

Even if all £6m goes in the pot (what about £3.5m secured against GP?) still leaves minimum of 60% to be funded. Gives even more weight to the argument about not leaving GP as money will need to be borrowed in any case.

Still cannot believe that RN hasn't done a developers budget. Or is that another porkie?

There's hope yet - see earlier posts from Baz Bee and Pandora. They have seen through the Noades tissue of lies.
Noades thinks that by the cheap shot route and blaming the local paper and Jim Levack for printing what I regard as extremely accurate stories putting Bees fans right in the picture, he can carry on regardless.
Max well and Hitler were two other villains who had a habit of trying to silence their critics. We all know who was right then.
As Baz Bee puts it, lies and half truths are Noades' stock in trade. And as Pandora says slippery and snake are two words that come to mind.
