Been away from the GPG for a few days. Just heard from a Bees legend about this friendly - work commitments became immaterial and straight on here to find out the details.

Please tell me it's NOT behind closed doors. What is the point of that. What is the harm of allowing probably only a handful of locals and handful of Bees fans in anyway.

Mr. Benham, Herr Rosler, Sir Peter G - please make this happen.

I can make enquiries about a day trip (flight/transfers) but reckon would probably need somewhere near 100 to make it remotely viable and it's probably much too short notice.

There is allways a ticket even when sold out is my motto.

if behind closed doors the club should try to make sure its not as would be a good morale booster for the all when they see 100+ bees turn up!

and, ignoring the "behind close doors" nonsense for a moment, could somebody please confirm the date and kick-off time. If it's 13th July it's a right dodgy time for me to get off work but, he who dares...

Folks , i have heard back from the club and this is a no goer really. Stronmen have invited us for a training session which will probably consist of 3 30minute mini practice matches. It was a personal invite to practice with them and not a match per se.

Keep our powder dry for summat else.
