it doesn't work every time, and i think the difference is whether you're quoted by a computer user or a mobile user. i.e. hopefully you got a notification for this? (i'm on the computer). but ipad or phone users don't seem to generate notifications when they quote posts. (right?) - don't know why :looks:

Same here been quoted at least once today and no notification

I have sometimes found that notifications are delayed, but appear in the end. Nothing to do with mobile/desktop styles AFAIK...

That was from a computer, this is from iPad on mobile style, I'm sure it'll be fine

i of course bow to your superior technical knowledges - i just have a vague inkling that that came up as the explanation before :)

Excellent. I'd like to tell you that I did something highly technical and supremely clever to fix. Sadly, I did nothing. I think this just happens sometimes.
