Is the 'Contact Us' service still out of action on the site as I can't get my message through. Does anyone know whats going on? Does anyone have any alternative email addresses to get hold of staff at the club?

Ive emailed the club many times over the years enquiring about this or that, and i never ever received a reply to my enquiries, I just don't bother anymore. All i can say is well done to anyone who ever got a reply

I've always got responses from [email protected] - I would agree that giving your real name makes people take you more seriously!

Well i always gave my real name every time, and never got a single answer to any of my e-mails, I must just be unlucky in that my e-mail enquiries never got answered i guess, although i did send them to the enquiries address rather than the peterg address.

Whenever I've sent anything I get responses its just that I'm not able to send my messaged through the site, I tried [email protected] but even from my email address it doesn't work. I'll try Peter Gilham but all I want is a season ticket form(late I know!! I've only just decided to get one), I lost mine as I'm a dopy git!

Peter...well it would appear that someone at "enquiries@brentford" does actually bother to read e-mails......I am STILL waiting for the courtesy of a reply to ane e-mail I sent on 16/08/2001 concerning non-receipt of my Stripes bar membership card!
