Does not stop us buying players "out of favour". I reckon he has come back from injury, looked at the rubbish players around him and just thought I want out. I have left craap sunday teams because I couldn't stand playing with useless donkeys but I was not under contract and paid by them so this should be diffirennt. But lets face it..we are a craap sunday team!

I always thougt it never made sense to pay an unproven youngster, indeed any single player, some 10% of the total salary bill. Fitz has probably looked at his budget and thought that those wages could be a couple of decent players at least and wants him out for that reason alone , besides any attitude issues.

Fair enough if it is a free, but if JG thought him good enough to persuade BFC to smash our wage structure, he should surely be able to persuade his mate Barry that £150k is a snip for a 20-year old full international who was brought up at the Arsenal finishing school.

Let's see if JG can work his contacts in our favour as well.

They're in pre-season training at Helsingborgs from next week, their chairman was on Radio 5 last Sunday. Fingers crossed but it's difficult to be optimistic.

Presumably this will have been set up by Skulason's agent, lets hope he impresses and the Swedes will take the bastard.

Financially it'd be a weight off our backs, just at the right time.

This guy gets more vitriol than Abu Hamza.
From what I can see this isnt based on anything, but a few poor performances, and escolated by GPG sheep.

Any specific, factual examples as to what Oli did to put him this high on the sh*te list ?

He seems to think it's fine to take home the club's biggest wage and give nothing in return, not even an acknowledgement of the fans. I rarely dislike Bees players as much as I do Oli.

Did you see him play...!?

More than just poor performances - a blatantly obvious total lack of respect for BFC and it's fans. In 25 years of coming to GP never have I seen a player who looked less up for the fight.

He's obviously got some talent but is too much of a Bertie-big-b***ocks for us by the looks of it.

He can f*ck off, and if he never comes anywhere near GP again it'll be too soon :wave:

Are they not in their closed season, hence why Larsson is playing for Man Utd at present?
If he had successful trial I doubt he would join until April at the earliest. We must also remember that any player out of contract at the season end can speak with any club now, and that's all this might be.

But they are subject to the transfer window, like any other club in the world so I guess they need to get their squad sorted by 31 January.

Yes so they can agree to take him initially on loan if needs be when their season starts (April?). They wouldn't want to pay him a wage until they have to surely?
