YIPPEE only 155 days 'til we play Brentford.We're so excited!!!NOT!!

There are 20 odd other teams in this division who you have to play just in case you didn't notice and if beating Rangers is all that matters to you then it really is quite sad.

If someone had asked you 5/6 years ago who your main rivals were you would have said Fulham without a thought about Rangers but all of a sudden we fall into the same division as you and you all make out that we hate each other and bring up the takeover in the 60's like there has been some ongoing hatred since then.

Rangers fans don't hate Brentford and in fact don't really give your club much thought.Chelsea are our rivals and will remain so until we play them again, whenever and whatever division it is in.

Don't build the games against us up too much as you might end up disappointed!!

Rangers fan talks crap - hardly a surprise, is it? Like it or not, QPR have always been our rivals and all your post shows is that you don't know any history.

In reply to Edmundo , i have checked Rangers "recent" history(last 20 odd years) and the only time i found Brentford involved was under the section marked Pre-season friendlies!!

The fact is that you are bringing up a rivalry that is history as far as Rangers fans are concerned.We no longer see you as our arch rivals and if we win or lose against you next season it will be no different to winning or losing against Bury or Brighton.The funny thing is that you will probably celebrate like you've won the world cup if you beat us.

It is quite funny to see how much it winds you up when we say we're not bothered about you.

I look forward to seeing Griffin Park full of blue and white hoops and before you say it, i'm not worried about your "hordes" of fans coming to Loftus Rd as you only had about 3500 fans at your games at the end of last season.There were times when the away support almost outnumbered the home fans!!

For some one who's supposedly looking at us as the equivalent of Brighton or Bury you're going to an awful lot of trouble.

The points that you make are relevant but I think by the time the game comes around, you'll be itching to beat us. If not then fair play to you, we won't forget it in a while if we win, and if you beat us then you can sing about whatever the score is "in our Cup Final"

You also contradict yourself, you say Chelsea are your real rivals and will be until you play them again, well that might be a very long time, perhaps even as long as 35 years, what happens if you have to wait that long, do they cease to be your rivals? No of course not.

Look at Blackburn and Burnley last season, they hadn't played each other in 18 years, Did the Blackburn fans say, "Oh no we haven't played you for so long that we don't bother with you"?

Did they F***, they couldn't wait to beat them, same goes down here *matey* and guess who were our rivals 35 years ago.

QPR rule you idiots, we have come close to winning the league (1 point off Liverpool), Brentford have NEVER reached them heights, we have also been runners-up in the FA Cup too, not to forget our glorious League Cup triumph, what have Brentford won? Pre-war Brentford were bigger then QPR. And times change, QPR might get relegated, BFC might get relegated etc.
