When you think we still have one game to go before the season’s even half over that really does put everything in perspective ?

Tomorrow's postponement gives us an extra break before we play Spurs.

The game off tomorrow could actually be a blessing in disguise. More time for Norgaard to recover. Josh too.. We can put out a first choice team for Spurs and still give key players a break at the weekend. We can probably field a much stronger side v Boro too.

Just hearing the Madness song on the radio "It must be love".

One of the lyrics says "Bless the Bees!”

I think that the song title and the lyric are very appropriate for how so many of us feel about our team!

Be nice if it could be delayed until the end of the season when bigger crowds might be allowed in.

No 3 months of build up to our "first ever Cup Final" to distract our promotion push....

No VAR in the Championship ?

Still 15 games unbeaten in the league (what's our record unbeaten league run? @wanderer paul ??)

Another week's rest for the (hopefully) majority of healthy players. Josh only misses a single league game at home. Christian closer to fitness. The three midweeks after the cup tie are all fixture free, so no major late-season pile-up necessary. Perhaps an enforced break will ensure a fuller, fresher squad for the second half of the season?

Of the top 4 threads in my 'New posts' list, 2 are about sofas and 1 is about a Chair... :sneakoff:

Yeah it peed me off I put all 3 threads on ignore, even though I would like to know if there is a genuine interest in Ilias Chair, enough with the childish puns. Having toothache may not be helping my current lack of appreciation of the humour

Would cost an “arm” and a “leg”.
Lucky we have the Watkins money to “cushion” the blow.
Hope your tooth ache improves.

As it is unlikely that we are going to get any information as to who have tested positive. Could those infected be back room staff. Poor sods if so

The enforced break will help the pitch or even provide the chance to relay it if thought necessary.

Safe as houses Moribee old son, I went to mine today and they were all packing the serious PPE. You just have to pack your mask, gloves and a very full wallet!

Mildly amusing to read, in the PL report of Arsenal v Newcastle, "Bruce ... side have now not won in nine matches in all competitions." to realise that Brentford is included in that sequence.

IMO probably the biggest, and potentially most important, difference about us this season is the ability to recover from going behind.
In previous seasons, going 1-0 down like we did last night, would have lead to us huffing and puffing for the rest of the game, but ultimately getting nothing out of it.
This season we seem to have the belief that if we just keep on playing our game things will turn round.
