"Current crowds suggest we don't need a bigger stadium, but if we get into the First Division then demand will soon outstrip supply. "
If they get into the 1st Division? They must have severe long term plans, other than that it seems like a solution to cash problems, and in todays climate...
I would suggest something similar for GP, we take out the two corners of Braemar and build conference/hotel and so on and use that to build a new stand and pay off gradually the debt. Look at Luton they can have around 300-400 people a day paying for stuff, and that's bloody Luton. We are near the airport and I think doing that and building over the forecourt could give us a good sized ground, and we can always put some seating back in New Road (accounting for the H&S restrictions).
Their development sounds fine, although it's worrying that it looks like someone else would own the ground. No standing either
I think they should leave Brisboune Road. It is a dump. They should build a new 40000 all seater stadium on the hackney marshes. They could compete with West Ham that way.
Knowing, as I do most of Orient's more 'fiesty' followers, they will have to build two seperate grounds, as certain sections of their fans are consantly at war with each other
