Derek Owusu Boateng, Ghana International Striker currently plying his trade for Panathinaikos. Has a cat named Bob and a dog named Bab...........hope that clears that up for you

Bit ironic, werent boro after owusu and powell briefly after div.3 championship season?

They were definitely interested in Owusu and were rumoured to have a 500k bid for him (rather less than they paid for this Derek chap), but don't think they ever wanted Powelly.
I am under the impression that remarkably few bids have ever actually been made for Mr. Powell in spite of his masterful performances. I think his slender frame puts off some takers, but I don't think you'll find a better defender in this division, and few in any division who could have so comfortably controlled Zamora for two matches.
