Finally manged to get that last bit of laminate floor to fit :D

I know it's not strictly BFC related but it does mean I can finally go & get ready to travel to Forest tonight :wave:

We seem to have a crop of good youngsters.

Maybe they're not ready for League 1 at the moment but can't we play them all from now on and get rid of the older under-performers to lighten the wage bill?

This way, when in League 2, we will have a battle-hardened set of youngsters to hopefully bring us back up. I would rather watch a promotion chasing season in League 2 with a squad we can afford rather than what is going on now...

If i had gangrene in the leg i would cut it off before it spread...:idea:

I have supported Brentford for forty years:sorted: ( Gerry Cakebread was between the sticks then ) and l wouldn't have it any other way. Had a narrow escape when my brother was going to take me to my first ever live game and he was a Fulham fan and fortunately the game got called off and we went to GP. My best mates then were the Langley twins ( the old man was Jim Langley of England ( twice l think ) Fulham and QPR fame ) so still could have been sucked into Fulham or QPR nightmare:eek: . But l didn't and don't regret a thing and the BEES have given me more pleasure than heartache over the anticipation that the next game, the next cup run, month or season will bring us success. l'm still waiting of course but l wouldn't / couldn't support any other outfit.

I am sitting in a hotel lobby in Mumbai, India, waiting for my flight home, I am homesick after less than a week away working. I can't wait to get home to my wife and Brentford FC. Whatever state they may be in, I can't give up on them and time away makes me realise how lucky I am. The Mrs is unwell and our boys are struggling but I'm sure it is just because I have been away and all will be well when I land tomorrow morning. You Reds.

This year we play 'passing football' opposed to the 'longball' we had to endure for 2 years...

Clearly 'passing football' appears to be working a treat for Brentford so far. ;)
