PR Interviews

The official website has been airing a few interviews of late for all to see, not just for those who subscribe to BeesWorld. Lloyd is on today.

This is good pr --- the fans of the BIG clubs can read about their teams and players in the national papers in general and the red tops in particular day in day out --- we don't get much about our club or players unless we pay for it!

Well done Peter Gilham....

PR Interviews

For those of us haven't time / can't be arsed to look what did Lloyd say?

PR Interviews

seems to have no picture just sound...anyway Lloyd says its great to be back in the shirt and all that crap, atleast we got a point, take the positives, try for a win on SAT, confidence is up and were not down till its mathematically sorted, usual stuff

Since when did the average footballer have anything of interest to say? They could shut the OS down for all I cared as long as the players et al produced something like the goods on the pitch. 3 points on Saturday is worth all the PR activity in the world. The pain of 0 or 1 points is not dimmed in the slightest by an interview.

Totally agree:sorted:

PR Interviews

I think it's a treat for the fans, if your dumb enough to fall for it. Talk is cheap, it's bloody action on the pitch that all I'm interested in. and thats where the money should have gone.

and lets face it, we have some very average footballers....:fishing:

I agree - but look at the national & football papers and see how many player interviews they use to boost sales. It's a big industry for the avergae fan.

Trouble is they treat fans as mugs.If Frampton and O'Connor had the guts to be honest and say they'd had sh*te seasons, the team had played rubbish football and they apologised for putting the fans through one of the worst times in the history of the club then they might have got a bit of respect back.

Brentford Football Club 2007 is tin pot both on and off the pitch...... :thetruth: :yuck: :yuck:

Why didn't Peter ask him who he has agreed to sign for next season?

I think Beesworld/Official Site should broadcast the interview that Lloyd gave to his mate "BRENTFORD_TILL_DIE".
In which he apparently commits to a 50% pay cut and signs for the Bees for the next 5 years, including a full programme of community work. :fishing:

How about an interview with Keith Dicken and ask him what the hell is going on, or not going on, or even an interview with Greg Dyke on a similar basis. I fear we stand more chance of Lord Lucan playing centre forward.

Most of us don't want to hear the players churning out the same old crap like, we believe we can get out of this, we just need a win to boost confidence, etc etc..

Agree - now is the time the leadership needs to be heard. out of curiosity I wonder how DIckens is getting on hitting his key objectives. If Fitz misses his and is under threat of sack surely KD must be in a similar situation...?:fishing:

PR Interviews

I wonder who will be rolled out this week.

My money is on Charlie.

Some back room boy on herbal ciggies who thinks we are in the Championship is currently writing the script.

PR Interviews

No interviews so far this week.

Perhaps the players have given up:fishing:

PR Interviews

I've not listened to any of these.

Not interested in the same old crap about players being positive, we need to start a run, etc.
