Premier League questionnaire
Each season the PL and each club put out a questionnaire intended to gather information on fan satisfaction. There's a lot of regular stuff but each club inserts some questions of its own.
Last season - maybe because of the general excitement of promotion - BFC had a very high level of response given the size of its fan base.
This season, the survey that went out about a month ago has drawn a pretty abysmal response, I am told. Maybe it's because the club puts out a number of surveys of its own and people can't be bothered to fill them in)
But, if you get an email nudge from the club, you might want to fill in the PL survey. There are match tickets and tops to be won in a draw.
(No, I don't work for the PL, BFC or anyone else with a vested interest)
