problems loading home page?

I can't get onto the GPG using the normal URL, i have to put /forums at the end to load the site. Then if i click the home button, it goes to the blue plesk server default page. Is it just me having this problem?

Any ideas what i can do to fix it?

Nice one. I had exactly the same problem. I had to google GPG and get in via something called big boards.

I already had all three of those browsers.

Firefox is not set as default though. I only use it when I get problems on the other two.

The AOL infrastructure completely ignores what it is told to do by the webserver (i.e. NOT to cache pages from this site) and therefore delivers AOL users an inferior service (by serving you OLD pages) AND causing me more work.

What Banana means is that AOL users viewing this site will always see older versions of pages than regular internet users. In this case you're seeing the site as it was last night while it was undergoing maintenance. Normally you'll see threads that have moved on by several posts since the last post you can see.

I am an AOL user and by trying to load the page ( with that funny server message saying the page doesnt exist ) then doing Ctl F5 - the problem was resolved. When updating our own website(using IE) then using AOL, users have to do that to get the updates. Shouldn't cause any other problem

Each website gives your ISP some information about how long it should keep a cached copy of its pages. For instance as the GPG is constantly updating we instruct that the pages should never be cached.........AOL ignore this.

Control-f5 isn't something you should have to do.......unless you use AOL.

Does AOL not allow you to change your browser settings so that it always checks for newer pages?
