I remember selling programmes in the mid-sixties usually from the tiny hut behind the Brook Road stand until Milwall fans burnt it down (luckily not with me in it). Used to get 10/- a match and free admission but always missed the first 15mins of the game as I had to count my takings. Are they paying more than ten bob now ?

I assume they pay more than that. However, most applicants will miss the first half due to counting the takings.
