Like I said, those who wish to be offended.....

It's our history and we can put what we want on our programme. The issues of 1967 are part of that. It's history. If that's classless to you then that's how you choose to see it.

I look forward to the 10 pages about 1967 when we come to yours in April.

Why the hell did you bother to print it? you never took the club over? Perhaps your headline should read We fail yet again . Your a crap football club that live in the past. Don't even get me started on that clown Holloway.

I used to have a lot of time for Holloway and like several others on this site, I was hoping he would get the managers job after Uwe left us.
Now his football principles have changed- whatever happened to the style he used to adopt at Blackpool, QPR are just a hoofball team.
His personality seems to have changed too - comes across very bitter and twisted and it’s not just against Brentford, he had a right pop at Brighton fans last season for a harmless ‘sacked in the morning’ chant

QPR Programme Cover

I think it's more a reflection of how much Holloway hates us. Probably commissioned it straight after the 2-2 draw and the "sacked in the morning" chants. ?????

If it had have finished 0-2, he probably would have been. :sorted:

Is that the best "high point" in their history in the last 100 years that they could come up with? :very angry:

No doubt we've got right under their skins with victories on the pitch in recent years and this is how they think they can retaliate. They are envious of a club:-

With an owner who is going about his business in the right way :sorted:

Who are assembling a squad that is as good as any in the championship :bound:

Buying & selling most players for a profit as opposed to buying overpriced players on large salaries with little or no resale value

Have a young manager who buys into what the club are trying to achieve as opposed to having a dinosaur failure like Holloway :D

A new ground on the way. :bound:

I hate the Q P Haha's even more now. With this they are the laughing stock of West London. rofl

What a bunch of bleating children. I suppose those who wish to be offended will always find something to offend them.

1. Rangers have been celebrating 100 years at Loftus Road all season and the programme has had newspaper headlines all season.
2. It's 50 years since the takeover story.
3. It's part of OUR history.
4. Every time we come to Griffin Park it's mentioned in your programme.
5. You can barely read the bloody thing anyway.
6. Holloway jumper is more offensive.
7. Grow a pair you bunch of Mary Whitehouses.

Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh! :box:

The fact that we were going to move out of Loftus Road, lock, stock and barrel has nothing to do with Loftus Road? I suppose we shouldn't have had headlines about moving to White City in 1962. It's nothing to do with Loftus Road.

Are you still making plans for Nigel?

I went to White City Stadium a couple of times in the early 70's for dogs and stock cars. It was sh*t, crumbling, falling to bits. Think of GP x 10. How on earth it hosted some 66 world cup games I have no idea. Anyway not relevant but I thought I'd share anyway. Merry Christmas all!

The headline Goodbye Brentford says it all, when they are relegated this season they know they won’t be playing us for quite a while.

I used to go to the dog racing at White city on Saturday nights back in the 80s great night out if you could get a table in the restaurant especially when you had the champions final.

I love that you have done it, as you can no longer pretend that you don't care about us and it shows that we have got right under your skin. I suppose giving you a good thrashing fairly reguairly doesnt help!

1) Ok but if you are celebrating Loftus Road why celebrate a failed attempt to leave it?
2) Correct so why bring it up, other then to try and wind us up?
3) I suppose acting like total ***** is a fairly regular part of your history. See not paying your FPP. Or the debts you didnt pay during your admin days or just Marc Bircham and Martin Rowlands in general.
4) I dont buy the programme but make sense to mention it if it hypes the crowd up.
5) You obviously can or it wouldnt be discussed.
6) Its a sh*t jumper but what does that have to do with anything?
7) Mary Whitehouse didnt have a pair as she was a woman.

I would also suggest that as you are on our message board and are so angry about us talking negatively about your club, that you are the one who is bleating on. I certainly cant be ****ed to go on your message board and get offended by anything on there.

Anyway have a merry christmas. Shame about the late equaliser and wins for Burton and Bolton. With 3 wins in 17 maybe you will be on Luton message boards next season getting upset on them instead of here.

I went there for various events in 60s and early 70s and, as you say, it was in a right state by the end. I first went to Loftus Road in 1966 and it was a shocking khazi of a place. Why they didn't seek to redevelop White City is beyond me. White City only hosted a WC game because Wembley's owners refused to cancel the dog racing that night. Seasonal greetings as well, think of Loftus Road as a stable full of donkey sh*t.

No idea what you're on about.

Now I'm sure if you look really really hard, you can find something else to get offended by. Like the past 120 years of your history.

lol.....dear oh dear.....wtf are you droning on about ??? never really been that bothered about you lot but even you would see that the sands have shifted and you are now well beneath us in the pecking order of west london teams.....you are officially the worst and probably will be for the foreseeable future,,,,,,,,,,,and you know it ;) off the pitch a decent mob in the 80s though....has to be said......not a lot to write home about thesedays though

I just can’t think of any possible scenario when I’d create an account on a QPR website so as to post on it, slagging off QPR fans. I just can’t. Anyone who’d do that would obviously be revealing themselves as a sad, lonely, obsessive **** with a major inferiority complex.

Hello ‘Andy’ ?

They weren't all that in the early 80's really. Seem to remember them running from a mob
of Grimsby Town fans down Uxbridge Road, also witnessed Palace & 'wall fans taking over the Loft
back in the day quite easily. They were NEVER to be seen whenever Chelsea played at LR - always non existent.

They were very handy in the late 80's and into the early 90s.
I've only ever felt in real bother of serious harm at football when I used to go to LR with the lad who used to live over the road.
One game against Man Utd sticks in my mind when Utd basically tried to take 2 stands simultaneously. It was going off everywhere, and continued on Shepherds Bush green after the game.
Absolute brutality.

But you didn't though. It's rather like us putting a picture of a monorail in the programme, or western international market, or brentford market, or 100 other crappy ideas that didn't come anywhere near fruition. It is nothing to do with how Loftus Road became what it is now. It's rather like you saying your mother had an abortion once. It's not part of your history and something you don't need to mention on dates.

Might usefully have had another?

Got duffed up by an older rara boy in Lammas Park before the Tom Higginson testimonial game on the way home from school. Hate those bar stewards!

Not sure I agree they had a very game mob from mid 80's.

Well for a game mob, Grimsby ran them !

Grimsby, believe it or not gave our 'boys' a hard time in a televised d4 match - top of the table clash in the mid 70s! Nowadays people would say Grimsby Town???!!! Really???!!!!

Remember a game around 1990 where around 20 of us fancy dressed it up there. We were bombarded with beach pebbles but they were taken back when Roger Rabbit and Popeye led the charge.
Good times.

I have to say that I grew up at a time where Fulham were my number 1 hate. Queer Poo Raiders have pretty much surpassed that hatred now.

To be fair grimsby have always been decent and still are even thesedays...bees had a torrid time at cleethorpes station about 91 and we had a good turnout too....grimsby have always been rated by those itk....qpr in the 80s were a different level to us...no way could we even think of competing with em unfortunately ;)

I loathe QPR. A scummy club, in a scummy place, support med by scummy fans and " managed" by an idiot.
We will hopefully annihilate them when they visit. A New Year wish would be bankruptcy and to disappear down a sinkhole.

Just seen the Holloway post match interview from yesterday. Referring to referee decisions not going their way apparently he has told his players things will turn providing "they are not a whinger, a moaner or have a victims mentality". So given he is all 3 of those, they have no hope

QPR Programme Cover

Am I the only one to feel that by giving off about this sh*tty programme cover, we're giving them an "importance" they don't deserve?

Both clubs have surely got better things to worry about eg our late push for the Play Offs and their late struggle against relegation, followed by bankruptcy.
