All you gotta do is log in to your account if you are a member or season ticket holder or pay a 5er on qpr website

Where do I find my account? Like I said, I go to the match centre and then get directed to Become a Member

Someone else just messaged me getting this error - they’re trying to watch from as far away as Ashford.

I’m watching fine on the app and was told the above error was on the BFC website.

I'm also have the HLS error on both desktop and Android website as well as the app, tried logging in and out of the account, so likely a bandwidth issue with the amount of people trying to stream.

It worked at the start for the goal, had to refresh and then I got the HLS error, I imagine anyone trying to start a new stream will get that. Must be a capacity issue.

The stream started fine for me and was watching fine until 8 minutes in and then the Stream error came up in the middle of the stream . I was logged in with my member details and am a ST holder so struggle to see how it is a ‘User problem ‘ !!!!

Tried on multiple web browsers, different devices - not sure how the problem can be on my end.

As others have said - common thread seems to be people trying to start watching after the game started. That doesn’t sound like a user-end problem.

I started off with a live stream but then it abruptly stopped and noted an HLS stream error. Have tried switching from sim or fibre, it might be my phone is oldish! Or I am getting that way!

Not for this user it’s not.
Have logged in correctly both through website and app and done same on phone and I pad. All showing same error message ?‍

I had the stream, stopped it to put my phone on charge and I now only get the error message and I’m on a flight right now to the U.S ?
