My partner and I started supporting Brentford because we were disallusioned/disenfranchised or what ever with higher league footie. This weekend I doubt that we can get to Chesterfield. Being football supporters I started looking round at alternatives...Fulham still have tickets available for Satudays match V. WHU (unbelievably its not sold out). Would they sell me two tickets NOT. I had proof of address, proof of good character Etc. but no way, they would not do it.

It is difficult not to wish them relegation!

bloody prem, I have spent the afternoon in deep discussion with my Pompey supporting friend, who after 3/4 seasons of top flight footie, seems to have forgotten that Pompey ever played in the lower leagues. I simply dissed him about his lower league knowledge when he commented that we only took 451 to Barnet in a crowd total of 4441, I told him he was a plank as Barnet can only dream of crowds like that, and then off he went about thankfully not needing to know about the sh*t in the lower leagues ! :mad1:

Not a good idea to suggest going there on here, Chesterfield is really not that far.

Have been to Chesterfield before and seen their crooked erection. Slight problem though, my monster in laws live quite near!

i let the "footie" word go assuming rosie was a lady. as long as she doesn't start with "goaly" or "soccer".

If you can't make it to Chesterfield, Hampton are at home to Fisher Athletic. :sneakoff:

Any self respecting Brentford fan would not even consider lining the pockets of those cants.

Save yer money.

I'm some sort of 'member' on their website and they bombard me with pleas to buy tickets.... and all because I filled out a form at Bar Ha Ha in Kingston one drunken Friday night given to me by some fit marketing bird.

You only need to go once to add it to your '92 Club' submission

We came to Brentford glory hunting. I have friends who support Fulham and a partner whose main team Is (hopefully was) a premiership team!!!

Quick Whinge

Glory hunting at Brentford? Oh well, I hope you haven't been too disappointed. And just think how good it's going to feel when the glory is found!

Quick Whinge

Ever since we played Charlton and I joined a number of other bees in one part of the hospitality suite, I have been sent at least one email a day from a supporters club. I have tried to unsubscribe many times but they ignore it. Makes you wonder if they count me as a supporter.
