Good stadium, acoustics good so decent amosphere although stewards quite officious.

Will it be 3 o clock ???

Looking at their games they seem to have moved every other home game in December so I would expect it to stay at 3

THU 3 DEC Qpr 20:00 H
SUN 20 DEC Blackburn 15:00 H

MON 28 DEC Brentford 15:00 H

On the 7th November Qpr started selling with this info

INITIAL ALLOCATION 1,392 LOWER TIER TICKETS ADVANCE PRICED: Season Ticket Holder/Member - £25.00 Adults, £15.00 Senior Citizen 65 and Over, £10 18-24 Year Olds and £7.00 17 and Under.

Reading (A) 28th December

The low allocation is explained by it being moved to a Thursday night for Sky.

This from Brighton who played them in October

Brighton & Hove Albion's away ticket allocation for the trip to Reading on Saturday 31st October has been increased to 4000, after season-ticket holders snapped up the initial allocation.

Reading (A) 28th December

Engineering works on the Paddington to Reading line that day

Reading (A) 28th December

ooh.. Staines to Reading trains alright?

Reading (A) 28th December

Engineering works on the Paddington to Reading line that day

FGW services are starting from Waterloo instead of Paddington and will run to Reading via Basingstoke.

SWT services to Reading will run a normal stopping service.

Weybridge services are not running.

Reading (A) 28th December

Presumably their travel plan buses will be running? Last season, drove to Henley and got a 14 (I think it was) bus straight to the Madstad. Used my wrinkly bus pass, so only needed to pay for parking at Henley. There are a number of different match day buses from other locations. Details on the Royal's website.

Reading (A) 28th December

Will be in attendance for this - hopefully the trains play nicely..

You have to be vetted and accompanied by 2 people who have been ST holders for at least 50 years each when collecting your ticket, in person, from the ticket office from Winnie. She has the final say as to whether you get the ticket which must be collected at least 12 months prior to the game.

I'd say on the day will probably be alright, depends on allocation and if they give us smaller. Keep an eye out on BFC official site for when they're available

Reading (A) 28th December

What's the best possible way to get from Slough to Reading that day?

Surprised it takes that long. Slough to Reading is only 2 junctions on the M4 and can be driven in 15 mins!

Yeah got it now. I can to and from Reading from Slough, but anyone travelling from further out than Slough can't. What a mess

"No trains between Slough and London Paddington station." It says on a website.
There are trains going the other way though. The trains will run from Reading to Slough, but no further.

Slough is going to be like Finsbury Park was last Christmas!

Nice stadium, just awkward to get to. We walked from Reading town centre last time which was a fag but did find a reasonable pub not far from ground. Wetherspoons in town centre is dire but other pubs there are OK. Looks like it's a drive on the 28th which is a pain. I expect us to get revenge for the result at GP earlier this season.

Reading (A) 28th December

Just what is the logic in making an announcement that the tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10:00am ... but no prices as yet!!

Unbelievable!!

Reading (A) 28th December

Should be the same as these prices shown by QPR

Unless you have a special way of buying them before they go on sale, it seems logical to me.

Reading (A) 28th December

No because some people will not go if the prices are too high

Leeds
Norwich

to name a couple

They've got the tickets in front of them, so why not just say how much they cost? I don't think that's asking too much!

Your right it's not, there always seems to be a key piece of info missing from the ticket news articles. Why they don't create a template that includes everything and just amend that each away game I will never know.

Reading (A) 28th December

Why does ticket website never have the link at 10???

Reading (A) 28th December

28 quid-???? where is 3 quid discount ??r

Reading (A) 28th December

... because the club needs to wait until the service provider schedules and executes the update?

Reading (A) 28th December

Can any st holder confirm how much they have been charged at checkout

Reading (A) 28th December

Two per person and we have an allocation of 2,424

Reading (A) 28th December

Hmmm Family area tickets only in person or on phone - presumably with corresponding booking fees.
