Not planning on handballing it on the line again are they? :fishing:

I had the pleasure of meeting Tayls last week, really top drawer bloke. He even gave away a shirt he'd worn (and washed, obvs) to the youngest lad there as well. Signed it too.

Ffs don't let any Chelsea fan hear about this.

You mean someone actually wanted a signed referees shirt? What strange times we live in!

"Can you make it out to eBay" :ROFLMAO:

Joking aside - was really good to see happen. Probably the best referee in the world at the moment gave ten minutes of his time to have a chat to this 15 year old fella who quietly went up to him and asked a couple of questions. Lad's been inspired to the point of giving up on playing to focus on him. It's not much to the likes of us, but to this lad it's huge. Fair play to him!

I base on it on watching him rather than reffing us and he looks the part but spends far more time visiting the monitor than most that says it all
If the Chelski fans are bleating already that's ok by me. I reserve the right to change my tune come 7.30pm on Saturday evening. However in general the standard of the officiating this season has been pretty good in all fairness.

I thought the Villa ref and Wolves ref were dreadful but equally useless rather than biased.

Ah yes, that crime of not relying on Stuart Atwell.

May have something to do with the crap ref's we have been use to.

Premier League refs are better than EFL refs. Not surprising really.

A fellow ref who used to ref Sunday League when I lived.in Cheltenham had a standard reply to players who said he was crap - you're a Sunday League Division 6 team, what kind of ref do you expect?

Hope he didn't use a black felt pen on his black shirt.
Imagine "Tayls" would've had something much more 'snazzy' than plain black......
