Fond BFC memories. He has now announced his retirement due to continuous injury problems.

agree, he just lacked that yard of pace to have been a premiership player.

However, he will also be remembered as the person who 'missed' that open goal against Huddersfield. It could have been so different otherwise!

A tremendous player, all he didn't have was pace and his speed of thought made up for that at lower levels.

He could have gone on to a much higher level if he moved faster than a snail.

He was a great player, and his partnership with Forstern was Brentford's best strike partnership I have seen in my short time.

Will always remember him for scoring a gerat goal against Stockport at Griffin Park, outside the area over his shoulder (my memory may be playing tricks on me if im wrong)

he definately did score that goal against stockport it was a screamer. my favourite is the lob in the 6 - 0 win over cambridge it seemed to stay in the air for ages and there keeper ended up collapsing in the back of the net with the ball.

Robert Taylor is Manager Of Diss Town FC , who have had a good start to the season.
I watched them last Saturday at home to Fackenham who they beat 1-0 ( it should have been more 0 and found myself wishing if only the " Bees " Midfiled was as together as these three !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

met a relative of robert taylor after the specials gig recently and he was phoning him to make me speak to 'OOO BOBBY' at about 2am from brixton. poor ''oooo bobby'' didn't wake up. was that you 'robert taylor' mate?
