Got the good start we needed 3-0 up after the first three four-balls.
This was the part were Torrence thought we should do well, and looks like his tactics have worked so far.
Not getting my hopes up too much though.

Europe always do well in the four balls, as the Yanks haven't got used to this playing as a team malarky. I'll be betting on the Yanks before the singles start, might get decent odds.

You could probably make a healthy profit if you avoid the yanks in the fours and the Europeans in the singles based on past performances. I can see the traditional European performance of leading into the last day and then seeing them p1$$ it away, much like the ladies did in the Solheim cup last weekend

well having taken the day off to watch it, i thought we done really well.Westwood and Garcia were the big surprise to me,what with Westwood sliping to 148th in the world rankings.it was nice to see the smile wiped of Tigers face!(twice).I also thought Monty & langer looked v.tired towards the end and being 3up with 4 to play,they should have really rapped the match up.
Sundays the day that will worry me as i think the USA will be really stong in the singles.
Bees 3 points and a Europe win will make for a great weekend.

Congrats to Europe for stuffing the Americans - was exhilarating to watch - not really a keen golf watcher but they did really well - think Curtis Strange certainly messed up with his line-up should have played Woods up the order - I thought when Azinger holed from the bunker it would turn around but the irishman McGinley sunk a brilliant putt at the 18th to halve the match and give Europe the Ryder Cup.

What a great win, the final day was superb, every player did their bit and it was good to see us beat the Yanks when they thought they would hammer us.
