Sam Haughian 1979-2004 R.I.P

I want to pay tribute to Sam, who was one of my closest friends during secondary school, who sadly died in a car crash on Friday night. He was in Johannesburg training for the 5,000m in this summers Olympic games, and was a great hope for great Britain.

A top bloke, who could lap Lampton Park all day and not get tired, he'll be sadly missed.

Vary sad news, I used to hang around with him and his mates at our local pub in Staines.
