Boston Bee said:Jak has never played even a kick-about with Sam
His cousin never had an 18th birthday
His cousin has not since been released by Chelsea
Sam was impressive
Don't get how if the party never happened you know he wasn't there. :suspect:

Jak Linsell said:my original point was he was very impressive as we will all see very soon![]()
NewburyRoyal said:Couldn't agree more, has masive potential. He has pace and stamina (he used to win county cross country for our school) so will last the full 90 no problem. He has strength, he may look fairly small but does have good strength (which is apt for a full back!). He also has a fair few tricks up his sleeve. If i had to compare him to a Prem full back, then it would probably be Ashley Cole, just on the way he plays the game. As well as all this attributes, he can switch play superbly and can do 50 yard passes with ease and accuracy. Very good aquisition, unlucky at Chelsea due to the Roman invasion, but will easily become a good player at Championship level. He is also very professional (he stopped playing for our school when he signed for Chelsea from Swindon just so he could concentrate on his Training).
Just you wait, he will be to you what Nicky Shorey did for Reading... become a very consistent performer throughout the season. Good luck to him and good luck to you!![]()

. Nothing on the Official site one way or the other.Ronan_UK said:Would make most sense, sign them early in the pre-season, and you pay for what is ultimately undeeded wages, whereas if you get them at the end or near end, you save on money.
Liphook Bee said:But then surely you run the risk of not getting the players you want, it's all a case of risk limitation, and if MA thought Tillen would be snapped up by another club, then it is better to get him signed as soon as possible.

BeeSinceBirth said:whats the general concensus...should he go straight into the first team over Frampton? and more importantly will he?
Simon C said:Do we have to say now or can we wait 'til we see him play?
lolJimbee said:Well as it appears to be fact already that Skulason is better that Talbot, it goes without saying that Tillen is better than Framps and should be made captain with immediate effect.

davido_i said:I think the point is a fair one, I hope this guy has not been brought in as cover, but really to challenge for the left back position.
No question that Framps is the man in possession after a really solid year, but if this guy can prove during pre-season that he can defend, pass tje ball intelligently & also get forward to get quality crosses in, then it's up for grabs.
