What the hell happened, saw Pool were 3-0 up so lost interest and didn't bother to watch any more of the game and only when I started reading here that I realised what had happened

Couldn't have happened to a nicer team just a shame Palace didn't get 4

On the subject of Palace, I hate drums at football but every respect to them their support was pretty impressive and noisy

Poor tactics from Liverpool in the last 15 minutes IMO.

They were never going to win the title on goal difference the only way was getting the win tonight and hoping City slip up. They threw the points and probably the title away in those last few minutes. Carragher was right when he said Liverpool's defending hasn't been good enough all season and they were found out tonight. They need to buy a couple of top class centre backs in the summer.

They were brilliant. You could see the energy the players got from the atmosphere and they were sucking the ball in the net.
Liverpool were shell shocked. And held on for grim life at the end.

Palace fans have been brilliant this season - creating the atmos at their games.

Felt sorry for Liverpool, they have entertained this season and BR has made them a joy to watch. Never too convinced by that Sako, but they'll get it right defensively.

Moses swing and a miss in injury time was unforgiveable. He was still fresh for Gawds sake, the whole goal was empty!

Palace fans are absolutely brilliant, probably the best in UK football for vocal support at all times. Imagine if their team was actually good?! :eek: (comparatively speaking!)

They're loud but the way they chant is pathetic and has no place in English football.

It looks and sounds abysmal. If they made as much noise by chanting properly it'd be impressive.

Personally, unless chanting is abusive, any noise is good. Sure beats Old Trafford this season for starters.

Whatever you may think if the chanting at Palace they did create one hell of an atmosphere and I would imagine it is something the players could respond to. Flag waving and chanting makes it a pretty intimidating place for away players
