I saw the highlights, and that incident was not a pen..Tevez was already intent on going down !

In thought Mike Dean had a good game, and save for one strange incident, a Derby cross, which Foster came out and shoved a Derby striker away from the ball, in the area..he got all the decisions correct.

The Derby defender had both arms on him (straight) and shoved him. FACT. Then he went down. How do you know Tevez's intent? :confused: Are you tw*twell?

Colleague at work has just said same thing about the incident "laughable" it got waved away.
