Brizzle City, keep focusing on the League Cup and let your league form go to pot... they were crap against us, but fair play to them they were good against both Man Utd and City.
Stats show it could have been a hammering, but good defending / goal keeping / poor finish8ng has kept the score respectable and those Worzels will be thinking they can turn City over in front of the Scarecrow crowd.
8,000 is fantastic turnout though, biggest away following at a City all season, however doubt many teams have been offered that much in any meaningful game this season.

Yes I wish them well. We know from our own cup runs in the past how it all adds up to lots of injuries, the odd suspension here and there and the general knackering of the players. Good times.............for us.

Chelsea 0-0 Arsenal. Nowhere near as entertaining as recent fixture. League Cup holds on to 2-legged semi-finals to try to keep an identity, but is this really appropriate any more? Both clubs would rather only one game, I'm sure. And you can bet your life this would have been a real ding-dong affair if over 90 minutes + extra time and penalties. Re-think needed.

Good to see Birmingham lose today shame it was against our rival for automatic promotion, Derby. In 27 games this season Birmingham have managed just 15 goals, that is truly shocking........but also amusing.

I guess its a statement to try and put pressure on the board but surely no one is fooled by that. As you say better to have chucked a youngster on the bench, it would still have achieved the same sort of impact and a young player might have gained some experience and maybe got a few minutes on the pitch given they were hammering Huddersfield.
