Wilson didn't impede Moore though, he stood still, Moore kicked the ball against his back, Moore could've stepped to the side and he would've missed Wilson.

Not a foul. The player has to deliberately get into the keepers way to delay the restart of the game by moving into positions to not enable him to release the ball - something Wilson did not do. He just stood there.
As said above, Moore could have gone the entire length of the area to kick it out but chose to kick the ball directly behind him.
