Leroy's getting the job mate.

I hope he does stay as in a couple of years time he might have learned the ropes enough to do the job.

From reports of the youth games he sounds like a decent manager, would like to see him take over but perhaps he is more likely to be the manager-after-next, if he hasn't moved on already.

Maybe Rosenior might consider promoting him to 1st team coach.

Is he under contract?

If he is we aren't going to be able to pay him off are we?

If it's Leroy he's clearly quite keen on the old coaching bit himself but it would make sense to have some assistance particularly from the bloke who has worked with the youngsters for a while. Could be the dream team, FitzN'Leroy.

yes except it wasnt really our youth team playing as they had an fa youth cup game a few days later.it was actually a bunch of 15 and 16 year olds.our actual youth team drew with brightons i think which is a very good achievement seeing as they(brighton) ran away with the league

edited to sayi didnt actually watch either games but i know people who play for brightons youth team

I would guess that Scott F will be joint First Team coach on a trial basis along with a new appointment brought in by LR - perhaps someone else with Brentford connections - although a bit tenuous.

So you were involved in the appointment in an advisory capacity? :fishing:

shhhhhhh surely the manager should be rated on results... excuses like none of the Youth team actually playing shouldn't come into it..

That's fairly specific. But just a guess, right? ;)

Goalkeeping coach at Torquay was Dearden, probably not tenuous enough. :fishing:
