If there is one team I absolutley hate in the whole of England it is those moaning,toady faced northen c**ts from Uddersfield...horrible place,nasty people and a team that doesn't like it when they get back some of of the treatment that they dish out year after year....they just couldn't hack it today and to see two of their big northern monkeys moaning at a steward when a couple of kids wouldn't give the ball back sums up those Tykes....If we only won 1 home game a season it has to be against those cretins.
I still havn't forgotten a few years back when Steve Phillips got a hatrick at Huddersfield in a 3-1 win for the Bees and their supporters attacked the Bees fans and put a window in on one of the coaches....some of the nastiest people in the UK....(and that includes the Welsh !! )

I do, for two reasons;
i) the pompous one; I still try to cling to the tattered remnants of the principles of fair play and - in the cold light of day at least - I don't like to see any player, and especially a Brentford player, cheat (I'm commenting on the principle here - I'm not 100% certain in this instance whether it was a dive or not, though it looked suspicously like one); and
ii) the practical one; a player diving in that situation risks a yellow card and throws away a good opportunity to score - and I'd rather have had the goal than the sending off.

shame there was a huddersfield head in the way (he fell to ground after Tabby won the header against him) cause thats where his right foot landed.

On TV, Nemwan's looked like a complete accident: raised his leg to block a shot, then heard the whistle for Tabb's foul (which I thought was a fair challenge) so put his foot down without seeing the opponent - did seem to bring his foot down a bit heavily, but there seemed no way he could have seen the opponent in order to stamp on him
Keeper's red card looked harsh at the time (though I was happy to join in the "off, off, off" chorus), as I thought he played the ball onto DJ. On TV it looked like a foul as DJ's body blocked any view of the keeper playing the ball, and the fact that the ball went towards goal made it look bad for the keeper. Nothing to make me think that DJ dived: if you're going at full pace when the keeper connects with you, whether or not he's played the ball first, there's no way you can stay on your feet.
Another of their players (Worthington?) should have gone too. The foul on Sodje for which he got booked was bordering on a red card challenge in itself, and he'd got away with 2 or 3 others earlier

Newmans red card MUST be rescinded. Have watched a number of times now e3ven on slow mo and he wasn't even looking at the player. Hoepfully the ref will see it that way to.

If the ref etc manage to decide that Newman is still Guilty even after watching the replays then what they are saying is that he definately kicked the guy on the floor. He'd deserve a massive fine and suspension for splitting that chaps head open if it was intentional There's no way it was intentional in my view... and I'd like to hear anyones view who still thinks it was.

the ref never saw it and went on the advice of his assistant, so there is a fair chance that he will rescind it..
