A couple of people who i know at uni are very close to some reading players and last night some reserve player called John Hayes came down with Lita and i asked him about Cox so he rang him up and thats the answer i got. Sonko's coming next week then i will be a stalker.

glad aswell, one thing you couldn't fault him with was his attitude when playing, apart from maybe Chesterfield away, and I left after 45mins of that so shouldn't really comment.

i was hoping for a strong/older centre midfield player. but i suppose its the money issue which has led to loaning Cox back again.
he does play with passion, so as Fitz commented........ i hope it rubs off onto the other 10 players who play with him on friday night.

More bite back in the centre of midfield can only be a good thing. But he's only a kid, so let's hope he's not scared of getting dirty / nasty again after his injury.

Considering financial limitations and persuading someone to come to the club as it is at the moment, this is a good signing. We needed someone who would control a game from midfield and contribute the odd goal, and Cox has the ability to do both. If Reading stay up, it would be interesting to see if the move is made permanent, although I would imagine someone from the Championship might take a punt.

as he signed on or around 10th November, he'll be here till 1st week in January 2007 unless we can return him after 1 month. depends what deal was struck between Sturrock and Leroy.
