I hear he is fully training now - when is he due back?

I'd love to see him dominate our run in...

with him and Rhodes in the team it would give teams something to think about from our first encounter with them...

He's going to score the winner that sends us up in Bournmouth. FACT! :sorted:

Rhodes to step round the keeper and lay it off to Skulason to smach home the ball!!

2-1 - Promotion sorted - Bees go mental...I can see it now!!:sorted:

I wouldn't count on him this season. We should be looking for more from Pratley as he hasn't been the same since his injury. There will also be less pressure on Oli as there is on Alex as we're well stocked for central midfielders at the moment.

back on the bench for the (h) game v Doncaster (FACT)

in-stated as saviour, by knee-jerk GPG-ers, despite only 1+1/2 competitive games (FACT)

To be honest, I'd be happier if he is kept in cotton wool until next season, I think that between Newman, Tabby, Pratley & Hutch, we should have centre mid covered.

If he does end up playing a part, one option might be giving him the odd few minutes at right back, away from the dirty, big cloggers in the centre of the pitch, seems like Kev is in need of an understudy.

Whats wrong with Mousinho?
He's looks okay and then makes a bad pass with no pressure.Allowed Smith to score for Vale by not closing him down. He's a bit like Nelson was in his early days, a bit shaky at times.Could come good though but will the club be patient and let him develop.

I think he's more of a centre back but his lack of experience does show at times. Against the better wingers he could be singled out as a weakness.

I didnt think Skul has played a single competitve game for us although I saw him for a half at Staines. How can we be so sure he is the Bees knees

(oops; sorry)

Yeah - okay I probably won't see it in all honesty...cos I won't have a ticket and will end up going down to the ground and begging as with 3 other recent 'big games'!!!

Do they do priority tickets for Tuesday night supporters?

WTF has gone on at Hartlepool ? They were challenging near the top last season werent they ?

Without wishing to over-simplify :-

Neale Cooper walked out during last years play-offs
Malcolm Scott, Cooper's assistant, was an appointment from within which clearly didn't work
Adam Boyd, 24 league goals last year and a class player in this division, out injured most of the season

Chris Turner now appointed Director of Sport lol so little chance of an improvement

Skulason

They should have stuck with ex-Bee Stephenson who seemed to be doing ok or did I miss out on a run of bad results? I'm probably soft but I feel sorry for the Monkey Hangers - we've had some great games with them last season and don't think they deserve to be where they are. A fit Adam Boyd would have been an asset to our front line. They've been dead unlucky. We could be them.

And Joel Porter weighed in with 14 goals last season.

He's been out all season along with Boyd.

Their manager resigned just before the play-offs.

it has been all downhill and down table since then!
