It comes from sections of the West Brom press who are not interested in journalism but in partial coverage designed to court clicks from credulous fans. Absolutely nothing in that Benrahma incident but it's become an example of anti-WBA injustice. Getting their excuses in early and what manager wouldn't latch on to that (pretty sure TF wouldn't actually because he is better than that).

The dirty hoddy looks like he should be put on clozapine, if you ask me. That is probably what’s worrying Slaven Bilic. Shows that Bilic is clutching at straws, that he latched on a part-time commentator’s erroneous comment, proven wrong after several replays. I feel sorry for Romaine and the WBA fans, having to put up with the same feeble excuses he came up with at West Ham.

He should concentrate on getting his own crumbling house in order, instead of clutching at straws, by suggesting others are getting more favourable treatment. Be nice if Said rubs his nose in it in March with some goals and a quality display in a thrashing of his team at our place.

Slaven has had his customary good start in a job. This is usually where it starts to turn. I think he knows it. A cheap win at home to Luton isn't fooling anyone - time to play the victim of injustice. They are the most likely to fall away in my opinion.
