Smith needs you !!

Right, it has to be said and we need to take action !!
Walsall are coming down, not only to try to turn us over
but also to give our Manager dogs abuse.
They've sold their allocation and will probably have a few dotted around,
the first time they've ever turned up in numbers at Griffin Park.
Our owner has dropped the prices to a tenner / fiver for juniors, so we should take
up the offer, get behind them and turn up like we would for a league game. Let's not make this
their cup tie !!
We need to win to get Villa in the next round !

Ticket sales look sh1te for this, even after the Oxford debacle earlier in the season there should be a much healthier crowd than the ticket site is showing. With 1600+ away fans and reduced prices we should be looking at 8000+ IMO.

I wouldn't bother with the Spanish onions. They will stay with you for a bit and you will think they are the best. Then they will decide that they want little ones and head home.....then that's your shallot.

Inspiring stuff mate!! They really sold out the away end? £10 for non members or just members? And can you pay on the turnstiles for this one? BFC website says you need a paper ticket. Cheers

Not good but Disgraceful and pathetic is a bit OTT. Some will be put off by the 3 games in a week plus the no guarantee of a strong side being put out.

a few years ago or somethinglol Yep, away end all gone, think the cheap prices apply to everyone but tickets need to be bought as usual, no turnstile bribing anymorelol

The Oak is shut these days and the Old bill don't allow you to stand outside with cans,
now that we've gone all upmarket !!

If Walsall wanted another 500 tickets we might as well give them the end block in the New Road, at least their fans seem to be interested. I don't understand supporters who choose not to go just because its a cup game especially when the club has reduced ticket prices.

Those that aren't interested will suddenly become interested if we draw Arsenal in the next round. Glad the club have already said that those with ticket stubs from the Walsall game will get first dibs on tickets for the 4th round tie (should we win), and 10 tickets per person with a ticket stub seems very generous.

I think 8000 would be a good crowd. Every club in the land gets less in cup ties unless its a plum draw.

agree......id be quite happy with a 6k home support for this.......will mean hardly any of 'new brentford' which is great too ;) this is a proper one for the hardcore/old skool/diehards only.........I hope the BYE have got a few numbers though, as im hearing they will be turning up in force ;) theyre also sharing a train with wolves who are at west ham so that will be fun too lol

Southend: 6,526 (Winner plays Chelsea)

I'd say about 8,000 is roughly in line with our growth. Similar to last year where we were playing a higher tiered club than Walsall. With the exception of Chelsea every match has seen a 20% drop or more in attendance. We do have two potentially bigger home games coming up within the week also.
