I always thought that fat bloke Danny Kelly on Under The Moon was a good football chat show host back in the late 90's and would be a good replacement for Lovejoy. Not sure if he could last 3 hours though with catwalks etc.

i.e. funny & knowledgeable about the game, he used to be brilliant on 606.

Jacob's face is best suited to radio,but I enjoy their show and their humour.They have a great knowledge of all sports and the lower league football.One of them attends GP fairly often and will always have a good word to say about the club.

Those two are great, they used to write fantasy football and shed loads of other comedy too.

Ian Wright isn't a bad shout, but i don't think they can find a proper replacement for Lovejoy. The show was all about him, his gags, his music tastes and all that.
You've only gotta watch to Allsports show to see what it will be like minus Lovejoy.

have only seen this soccer am thing once or twice and it made me cringe ..........a premier league show for nick hornby/gpg types and women. danny kelly i like though and he is knowledgable about football and mildly funny. this lovejoy character seemed fairly funny on a cookery programme i was forced to watch the other day. he should stick to that. If Danny Baker took it on the whole show would change, he would want to bring in his own stuff. I would be quite happy about that but many viewers may not. He may also be considered too much of a loose cannon.

Tim Lovejoy has to be credited with turning the programme round, it was rubbish before he was on there.

I reckon the bloke with the lisp who does the all sport show will get the gig.

You have the correct road in option 3 (even though it is Harlequin Avenue and not way). However, not for GSK.
