I noticed West Ham had free transport tp Sunderland layed on for them today (not sure whether by the club) and I reckon that if Brentford put on free travel to Southend we could easily take over 1000, otherwise I reckon it'll be about 600.
While we are on the subject of Southend away, I'm desperate to go but am gonna be at Uni in Southampton and the last train back is at 21.21, so if on the off chance there happen to be any Bees in the Southampton area that Tuesday a lift would be greatly appreciated.

West Ham's free transport was laid on by a multi-millionaire fan. Do the Bees have any?

We could ask Bernie if we can borrow some of his cars !

For West Ham's Previous Cup Match v Man Utd, the Club laid on free transport. It was because of this that the millionaire fan stumped up £50k to do the same.

Anyhow, what's the nearest station to Southend's ground (think the car's staying at home for this one - I just might be wanting a drink

Oh yee of little faith.

We will sell this game out even if Southend give us 2500.

southend away

we'll take 2,000 easy for this one as its a guarenteed drinkup on the seafront, a fine victory on the pitch and you can still get the last train home.
wot more could you ask for(if its women, then get yourselves down the 'Forresters Arms on the seafront and even that can be accomadated!!!!!!)

Bee there or be very very very square - OK???!!!!

I'm not sure, but I read in the Observer today that the new Chief Executive of Railtrack, Steve Marshall is a Bees fan. I'm sure his fat cat salary could fund a few coaches - or perhaps trains.

to be considered for the 'Brickies' coach, you have to be able to drink 10 pints b4 we set off and another 12 cans on board b4 we reach the seafront - serious alchoholics need only apply!!!!!!

p.s. its a Braemar day out so no undercover ob please!!

The North Circular is pretty bad in North London granted, but I would imagine the M25 is no better - just a longer route to sit in for hours on end! My dad works in West London and comes home on the NCR to North London, and although it's bad, you could do a lot worse!

I go the other way to GP for evening games. My route is M25/M1/ North Circular. I think the M25 is as good as any. Just listen to the traffic reports to decide to go Clockwise or anti clock. Allow time to parking around the ground, think they are expecting a bit of a crowd.

southend away

I will not be leaving Uxbridge until 5pm, hoping it is no going to be too bad tomorrow.

Allan at 3pm I think that going M25 will be the best idea.

On your mobile you can call up the AA on it that gives you Live Traffic reports around the area your traveling . I thinks its 1700 can anybody confirm ????
