....they were ST holders... being a STH doesn't mean you're a Brentford supporter...it sometimes means you support Brentford because they're in the Premiership.... when are some of you lot going to get this.

very quiet away end, not much co-ordination with songs not really flowing, feels like we are in a place where these games are not the novelty they once were and that is reflected in the lack of energy off the pitch unfortunately…

Alright mate! Calm down!
I just pointed out that the atmosphere was flat and that it was season ticket holders!

Little man 2nd away game with me and mummy she finally got visit spurs new staduim she did old whl all them years ago. We was right next to home fans behind the goal Jesus could been Fulham it was so quiet no edge or anything?

Hate most away games bar Everton great atmosphere trying think any others

10+ West standers in the middle tried to get things going throughout, not our fault if most don't want to join in, they don't know the chants, simple. We've accepted it's just modern Brentford

Very difficult to create and atmosphere in a large stadium that is so open.
Thank goodness it wasn't raining.

Agree fully. I was in Block 114 (bottom to the left of the goal) with other youngish lads and there were about 10 of us singing. Out of, what, thousands of Bees fans? We need to pull together

Poor away atmosphere is common when losing, playing poorly/under pressure and/or when the home fans aren't making enough noise for some back and forth.
Spurs and Liverpool away each ticked all those boxes for long spells.

On social media in the past where people will just say something simple like "that was a sh*t away end... It was a better away end at, oh i don't know, Chelsea" easy to say that, we win there!

pretty disappointed that my tickets never arrived in the post, I called the club on Friday and they said there would be 2 tickets waiting for me at the away box office, I went there and there was only 1 ticket and I had to wait 20 mins whilst they figured out where the other ticket was and they walked (very slowly) to the home box office to collect an extra ticket
In the meantime witnessed some of the players friends/families collecting tickets from the box office. Ethan has a friend called 'Blade' who sounds quite scary ?

I went there on a tour a few years ago and they asked people to shout out to ‘experience’ the acoustics. I was pretty surprised at the sound created. So it is not that the stadium cannot be ‘noisy’.

didn't actually get to see what 'Blade' looks like, Ethans other friend came to the box office and said hes taking one ticket and 'Blade' is running late because hes stuck in traffic and Blade is taking the other ticket

This rather oldish lad was also in that section and singing but agree, there could have been a bit more effort from some of our compatriots.
