Tickets Spurs (A)

Spurs (A)

I expected more to have gone by now #LOASA

The usual 2 are going from TW2 plus one of our F&F has told us to grab one for him
I think what we're learning this season is that, typically, STHs with the highest number of TAPs are buying - comparatively - the fewest tickets. The rolling system should address this over the next few years.

Appreciate that in some will be waiting for later windows so they can buy with mates etc.

Ticketmaster strikes again for me! Tried to buy 3 in my group of friends & family today using TAP values of 1845, 1530 & 1500 and it wouldn't let me, message on there saying 'You've ordered over your allocation, discard one ticket! I was in a service station on my way back from North Devon, so couldn't be bothered with trying to sit in a queue for the ticket office, so will wait for Tue to get the extra one hopefully! Anyone else have anything similar or can tell me what I was doing wrong when trying to reassign/assign seats to my F&F members?

I did four in my group with varying Taps levels and didn't have a problem. It's possible it added more to your basket than you thought.

No, only 3 in there, 2 OAPs 1adult as per the TAP allocations. I had already inadvertently tried to include one for my nephew who didn't have enough TAPs for this tranche and that one correctly stated unable to include as didn't qualify!

Sounds like a good case to start the process again as it got confused with you previously adding your nephew.

....my boy and I got tickets via the raffle... sorry ballot....for this one... first time ever.... pressure's off.
Which section do they seat you in if you get them via the ballot? I’ve got ones for the family area for Newcastle, but that’s a home game. Just curious really.

  got ours Thursday; Block 114, Row 22. I hope there’s not too much swearing as my son will fill the whole quota.

...no idea mate.... just told I'd receive an email from BFC with tickets prior to the match.

So i won a ballot for 2 tickets to this as i only have 80 TAPS and wasn't sure i would managed to grab some tickets.
The information the club have sent me is not clear...

Email says I won 2 Members Ballot tickets and if its a Home fixture collect from the GTECH - Away tickets will be posted (I feel this is outdated?)

The actual Ballot page on the ticket site was very confusing (until it disappeared) which started i had won an "Overseas" ballot (Wales isn't that far!) and to simply collect from the GTECH.

Anyone got any experience with this? Assumed all tickets were digital for the Prem now (Last 4 games I have been to this season have been).

Only reason i'm checking in about this is trying to figure out if i have to factor in a Brentford stop on matchday or not

When I bought tickets for the Arsenal game I bought mine then I had to log in as my wife to buy hers. How do I set it up so can buy both tickets at the same time? We are both season ticket holders. Thanks

And well done in the Ballot btw

I received a similar email for a different away match. It looks like it was meant for overseas memberships for home matches.

Have they taken payment? Can you see any sign of a ticket in your transaction history? I'd also try to see if you can buy a ticket through the site the usual way.

Seems to be a couple of rows back on sale or added in that block at 12 o clock, since the last screen grab I took. 🤔

On my account history i can see 2 tickets "purchased" listed as Box Office and Cash and they are £0.00 each.

Can't buy tickets the usual way just the typical message about not be available to me due to the tier currently.

I had this with the Newcastle game. The tickets will eventually show up in your account to purchase. I think you have to go to the manage tickets bit. I’ve won tickets for the Leeds game too. They’re not showing up for purchase yet.

You should be able to see the tickets allocated for you in your account history even if they’re not available to purchase yet.

Mine looked like that but I never received any ticket (Palace/digital) and no payment was taken from the payment card saved on the account.

I didn't bother chasing as I wasn't able to use the ticket in the end. Probably worth a phone call to clarify.

You have to purchase them. If it’s the under 18s ballot then it’s a bit of a faff. I needed to log into both accounts separately and buy. The people in the box office will try and help if you want, but you might as well log into each account and buy them at that point.

Guessing this will pop up as an option at some point then as nothing in my account anywhere atm other than the purchase history above.

Cheers

Just to update this. Ended up giving them a call as I had a spare half hour.
Turns out there was an issue with their email and it should have provided a link for purchase.

They ended up purchasing them for me over the phone and they will be sent out digitally as per other tickets.

Cheers

All purchased. Previously I’ve been in corporate or with Spurs STH. Just me and son this time

Both North London teams using digital tickets, boooooo!

Changed my mind on this , it’s so easy to do and forward on . Shame about the lack of a physical memory though .
Oh yeah 100% super quick and eliminates the risk of forgetting your ticket, ticket not arriving etc. Looking back on tickets is a great nostalgia trip though, thats the sad thing.
