Didn't go last season. However, I've been advised that Northumberland Park is the better station to use. I've just bought our rail tickets from West Byfleet, and I've been told that our best route is via Vauxhall and Tottenham Hale. Did anyone else use this route last season?

I used that route and it worked well.
On the way back i went to Seven Sisters and back to Victoria.

Northumberland Park Station (on the right) is at the end of Park Lane ..... walk along & turn right onto Worcester Avenue to top NE corner of ground (ie the away fans corner)

I can't remember the route I did last season but looks like Liverpool Street to NP is the one to go for.

Nice pubs around the top end of Middlesex St., opposite LIv St. Stn. We use them for WHU as well. Not much use for a lunchtime KO though.

It's at the end of Park Lane, which is one straight road to the stadium; no more than a 10 minute walk. I got the train from Cheshunt to there, last season; it was dead easy. I also thought they did a good job of marshalling the crowds, afterwards, depending on whether you were going north or south.

The Club is delighted to confirm we shall host our first-ever Premier League/Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL) double-header at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 20 May.

Our final home WSL fixture of the season against Reading Women - previously scheduled for Sunday 21 May, 2pm at Brisbane Road - has now been brought forward a day to take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, kick-off 4.15pm. As a result, the match will now follow our final home Premier League game of the season against Brentford, kick-off 12.30pm.

All tickets for the Brentford fixture will now be inclusive of the WSL fixture against Reading Women.

Following the end-of-season awards and lap of appreciation from our Men's team at the end of the Brentford match, we invite those wishing to stay for the WSL fixture to make their way to Level 2 of their respective Stand, where we shall operate unreserved seating.

Any ticket holders already located in Level 2 of their respective Stand may remain in their original seat.

The Premium Bars on Level 2 of the East and West Stands will be open to purchase food and drinks from 3pm until the Stadium closes.



Please note there is a strict no re-admission policy for this double-header.

Further details will be communicated in our pre-match email during the week of the event

So, strict no readmission and a 2 hour wait between games. You must stay and spend a fortune on our sh*tty food and drink.

Rediculous you can't leave and return, so what if you give yiour ticket to your daughter/friend whatever after the first game, its still your ticket and paid for.

To say the general atmosphere at Spuds is toxic would be putting it mildly.

Read the replies to their tweet about this double header if you fancy losing the will to live/laughing your socks off (delete as applicable).

How busy does it get after the game, given how close it is to the stadium? I'm going to jump on whichever train comes in first (Northumberland Park or WHL), at Cheshunt, but I'm in two minds which station to head for afterwards.

Northumberland park is less busy usually, so go to WHL please ?

I am going to Silver Street via Macdonalds and getting a train back to Theobalds Grove.

Done it a few times for the NFL it's not that far, 20 mins or so. If you're coming into King's Cross I'm sure it'll still be quicker than travelling to Liverpool st to pick up the overground or greater anglia.

Everywhere is crowded for the return.

Anyone thinking about hanging about into the evening for a few beers should be aware that the overtime ban means trains out of most London stations finish at about 6pm

Wrong squire….running virtually normal with most trains from Waterloo as late as normal ….did it last night and normal service ?

Any recommendations for beers before/afterwards? Hear the Beehive *should* be open early, but can't get through to confirm.
