yowsers! some of those figures are crazy. WTF are Donny doing. Remember when Barry Fry bought about 50 players for Brum.

Squad sizes

Donny only have 31.. 14 of their players don't have number, moved on..

Our squad is exactly the right size at the moment. If any players come in, I'd expect others to go out on loan (Dallas, Barron, Reeves...), both to save money and to ensure we don't have players who don't feel involved in what we're trying to achieve. The only time we need to stock up a bit more is when the loan window closes later in the season IMO.

Totally agree numbers are not a problem as we have cover for all positions and a squad that are very much a united team . Whilst would be great to have an inspired loan signing (probably striker) to help in promotion push there is always the danger they could upset balance of squad ala Tino Asprilla

Do we have enough cover in center of defence , with TC and HD ? i dont think so

You can never have enough good quality players. However, I would say in an ideal world we should bring in a good right sided midfield player and a nippy forward. This time next week it could be a left back and a left sided midfielder if we suffer injuries. Much of the time your squad requirements are determined by injuries/suspensions, ie luck.

I reckon we will add a couple more before this transfer window closes.

You'll upset blunstone with threads like this:fishing:

Surely a more telling statistic would be available players. We have 27 (apparently) but two are long term injured

If the loan deadline were near, I'd say our priorities would be (1) extra striker with a bit of pace (2) cover at CB. Squad is OK at the moment, but in case of injury, those are the areas where we most need cover IMHO

I'd say, given that Kiernan is a CB, that our priorities are (1) a centre forward to win headers, (2) a pacy wide midfielder.
