Stephen Taylor RIP

Not sure if this is in the right place but I'm sure some people on here would remember Steve.

He was a very loyal Brentford supporter who would regularly go to every game during a season, via The Pat Brown Express.

He was also a Sunday League referee and organised the supporters quiz team.

Sadly passed away, at a far too younger age, following a short illness.

God bless you Steve, and I'll shall never forget you rarely having a good word to say about any referee we had.

Wow, how sad, he used to ref our games on a sunday!

He was a pleasant fella, gave him a lift a few times too from our morning games to ones he did in the afternoon.

RIP Steve.

I am sure he reffed a charity game at Feltham arena that i played in between the bees stewards and the bees groundstaff some twenty or so years ago. Very sad to hear of his demise well before his time. A loyal fan who always seemed to be at every away game i have ever been to.

Blimey.............He use to ref our games for Junior Bees back in the day.....could only of been in his 40's. Very Sad.

It's always sad to read of supporters passing away. Wouldn't it be great if all those who passed away over the years have a second tier of watching our beloved BFC? RIP.

Steve was also on the line for a couple of the testimonial games at GP and I remember Gary Phillips verbaly b***ocking him, in a light hearted way, during one game.

The more I think about this the more unbelievable it seems.
