The red card SHOULD be overturned hopefully, but then again we are BFC so it probably won't!
If it aint overturned then we will know for sure that the F A are out to get us That was the most blatant bit of cheating i have seen in 40 years watching footie

Stuart Nelson

WAS he in the tunnel if so why I was in Brook Road and never saw him

He was originally sitting amongst non playing staff in D block and then went down to the tunnel area when Masters was sent off. I assume to console him. :sorted:

Stuart Nelson

Heard the rumour but can't quite believe it. Nelson is one of the few players whose stuck by the club and shown passion, and with the greatest respect to Seb Brown why would we loan one of our two professional keepers out unless he abosuletly hit the roof - it just doesn't add up
HEAR HEAR thank you very much tell me why do so many bees fans not like Nelson i do

Stuart Nelson

nelson was sat in the stand to the side of the dug out (with a brentford tie on) with lloyd and a couple of other players until masters got sent off then he went staright to the dressing room. He is injuried and could be out for up to a month. he was limping and not allowed to drive and his other half was driving his posh motor.
Did YOU witness all of this cos there are so many stories flying about i would loveto know the TRUTH

Stuart Nelson

HEAR HEAR thank you very much tell me why do so many bees fans not like Nelson i do

Reasons

He is a bit arrogant
He has problems keeping the ball on the pitch
He picks up too many needless bookings
He flaps at crosses, more than a Phillipino flag on a flappy day in March.
He has a bird who is well fit
He drives a nobby car, with a nobby number plate

but I think he is good enough !!

I think he is ok too. He may not be the best ever keeper to grace the goal mouth for Brentford, but he could be a shed load worse.

A certain amount of arogance is needed to be a good keeper, you need to show a comanding atitude. Agree on keeping the ball in, but he has improved since George has gone. He is a bit flappy, but again, he could be worse. I don't think he picks up any more bookings than any other keeper.

He had to follow Oli and Smithy, which is a tough act to follow.

You are one of those that dont like him then i take it, but what you forget is the fact that he IS no1 at GP for the foreseeable so as they say down at GP sit down. shut up:wave:  lol

Stuart Nelson

For the record pal i think Brooker is alazy t##t

Brooker may not be able or willing to tackle
Brooker may not be able or willing to chase down those misdirected through balls staight to the opposition keeper
Brooker may be a panic weasel in front of goal

He isnt lazy though and he can beat people and deliver a decent cross.

Stuart Nelson

WAS he in the tunnel if so why I was in Brook Road and never saw him

Are you trying to hold your own Spanish Inquisition

YES he WAS in the TUNNEL... i SAW him

I also stand in BROOK ROAD

Can YOU hear me loud enough

Why does it matter where he stood at the Brentford game anyway? And you ask me why he WAS in the tunnel as if I am supposed to know

Stuart Nelson

Did YOU witness all of this cos there are so many stories flying about i would loveto know the TRUTH

Yes I witnessed this myself - unlike too many people on this message board who make it up as they go along, I only write what I know to be true - there is no speculation attached to this - Stuart Nelson was sitting with Lloyd in the stand wearing his tie -

Stuart Nelson

Masters of course...........Nelson is injured........ :fishing:

I assumed One Eye would be going to Leeds now, unless Clark goes to Spurs first (or was it Arsenal?) ;) :fishing:

 Hang on what other clubs are having a goal keeping crisis that we could sell are no 1 and no 2 to? is Seb ready for first team football in league one?

Stuart Nelson

In conclussion then:

1) Nelly did or didn't have a bit of hissy fit because he wasn't playing on Saturday.

2) Nelly may or may not have had a bit of a limp.

3) Nelly was at the game on Saturday not in Swindon.

4) Nelly was at the training ground on Monday.

5) Nelly isn't teh greatest keeper in the whole world.

6) He is a Brentford player.

7) "She who must be obeyed" is related in one form or another to Nelson

Stuart Nelson

8) This is just a rumour.

The whole thing is a rumour and as such should be resigned to the bin until it can be substantiated.

With no third choice keeper, are we seriously going to let our 1st choice keeper go out on loan?

Stuart Nelson

Ah, bareuk, the vote Nelson can rely in every Man of the Match poll :suspect:

:D

Stuart Nelson

Yes I do actually - did I not mention that I speak the truth unlike so many others?

with the ego you've got ....... YOU MUST BE NELSON then !!!!:D

MAsters in goal v Oldham no matter what.............even if Nelson is passed fit to play !

You really aren't keeping up with this are you? We have already established that I cannot be Nelson because I am the wrong gender (SHE who must be obeyed!) - got it yet?
and as for being a "NELSON" - I am most certainly not though, if I were, it would be an honour to be related to Stuart - its never gonna happen as I am not related to his girlfriend, mother, father, siblings - and anybody else who could possible cause me to be listed as a relative

not every one but I do think he gets some bad press on here as do many of the other players. I don't really understand how fickle football supporters can be and why they latch on to knocking a players confidence. I also think Clarke is a very good keeper but does have a lot to learn about the game and I think that Seb is one to watch for the future. He has a lot about him. Guess that as a FA coach that is interested in the position of goalkeeper I watch their game very carefully

There are a lot of people on here who have hated Nelson from the beginning so please don't refer to us as being fickle :nono: :nono: :D

He's only 25! Still a nipper by goalie standards so i still think Nelson's quite a good prospect
